Commercial De-Regulated Electricity
Fischer-Ridge Associates has focused on arranging for the supply of “de-regulated (lower cost) electricity” for small and mid-sized commercial electricity users in the twelve (12) de-regulated states noted below. Customers in some situations have experienced per Kilowatt hour cost reductions of over 20% when comparing new available rates to their existing rates. It is customary for customers to have fixed rates for the term of the supply agreement. Agreements can be executed for periods of several months to several years.
The confidential evaluation is very brief, usually 3-4 days for the complete rate evaluation which simply requires a release of usage information via a copy of the current bill with meter numbers included. There is no evaluation cost to the user. Once comparative rates and agreement terms have been presented, you, the customer, can evaluate the proposals and make a decision. Usually several alternatives and alternative agreement lengths are provided for consideration. If a change in electricity providers is made it does not require a user financial expenditure or involve any interruption of user service. Multiple location usage grouping is encouraged even if it is not in the same state.
Agreements are customized to the users specific business needs, executed with the major providers and governed by federal and state laws. All Fischer-Ridge Associates fees are included in the providers costs; there are no incremental fees for services above the quoted rates.
